Fix by removing config varbase_bootstrap_paragraphs.settings from Varbase installation profile

Problem/Motivation

Remove varbase_bootstrap_paragraphs.settings.yml config from varbase
this config is shown on a fresh installation and the varbase_bootstrap_paragraphs module is disabled.

Steps to reproduce

Given that "Varbase Landing" with "Varbase Bootstrap Paragraph" are no longer installed with the default set of components.
When the site export configs
Then the "varbase_bootstrap_paragraphs.settings.yml" file will be in active config
But not used

Proposed resolution

• Remove the varbase_bootstrap_paragraphs.settings.yaml file
• And remove the forced import for it after the install finished
