I've received a request from a colleague regarding removing or hiding the following notice on the Status Report page:

jQuery UI Accordion not enabled
If you want to use the Field Group accordion formatter, you will need to install the jQuery UI Accordion module.

I'm proposing a feature request to confirm or dismiss this notice.

In lieu of #3154304: Remove jQuery UI Accordion dependency and warning, I propose allowing a configuration setting to disable this notice on the Status Report page.
