I have dev-1.x version of module. After upgrading Drupal from 8 to 9.2.4 I get a lot of errors

TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Drupal\Core\Template\TwigExtension::createAttribute() must be of the type array, null given

caused by 

{% set rating_item_attributes = create_attribute() %}

from fivestar/templates/fivestar-static.html.twig
