Problem/Motivation

Query string cuts off when the query includes an apostrophe, not generating the whole query nor the destination information either.

Steps to reproduce

Create node with apostrophe in title, set up a View Add Button that pulls the node title (in this case from a Contextual Filter of Content: Title).

Could you please provide more detailed steps for reproducing this issue, especially regarding how the node title is being pulled into the contextual filter in Views Add Button?

Here’s what I did so far:
- Created a node with an apostrophe in the title.
- Added a view that includes the Views Add Button, and placed it on this node’s page.
- Added a contextual filter for Content: Title.

What exact steps should I take next to reproduce the bug?
