Hi,
the last commit to this project was 8 years ago. The maintainer is not active anymore.
It is important to get this module D9-compatible asap and make a new release.
For that reason, and for future improvements, I would like to become a co-maintainer.
If no response I would like to become owner/maintainer so I can update this project in the future.

Thank you, this has been a blocker on all my D9 upgrades, and we need a D9 compatible release desparately.

I'm not the maintainer, just showing support.

I am contacting you because Stijn (https://www.drupal.org/u/stijnstroobants) offered to co-maintain the Search API exclude module, a project you created and for which you are the project owner and sole maintainer.

May you write a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3221635 where you say if you accept or decline the offer? Without a comment posted in that issue, Stijn will be probably added as co-maintainer.

Before contacting the project owner, I checked whether StijnStroobants had the vetted role. (StijnStroobants has that role.)

I am keeping the current status, as we are waiting for a reply from the project owner.

I checked my email just to be sure there weren't replies from MiSc about this issue, but I didn't find any message from MiSc.

I added StijnStroobants as co-maintainer.
