Project Browser Initiative meeting for June 9, 2021

High level summary of meeting

@grasmash created a minimal prototype using the existing drupal.org API. We discussed that would only be feasible for a contributed project and d.o does not plan to support that API going forward. It is a good minimal starting point to continue the discussion though.

@tim created a form/page mockup that allowed us to discuss some potential features.

Next steps

We agreed that more site builder feedback is needed and the two prototypes would be shown to site builders to get more eyes. @rubyji is leading a team of folks to gather more info from this area.
