Umami Demo: On hover state of save and inserted button in add or select media dialog box of layout builder while adding image shows odd behavior.

Steps to reproduce

1. Home>Administration>Structure>Content types>Article,under layout options check layout builder.
2. Go to the article node, click on layout.
3. Add block, create a custom block.
4. Insert image through the media library.
5. Add or select the media dialog box that will appear, add the image below you will see the save button.
