Patch #2 applied, but did not fix the problem for me in Safari.

Here is another patch that keeps the RSS feed behind the opened search bar when the page is scrolled.

Which version of Safari are you using? I can't reproduce this with Safari 14.0.3.

@vikashsoni, Please go through IS, I have mentioned that this issue is browser-specific and can be reproduced only in the safari browser.
