Problem/Motivation

On the UN project is not possible to save activity streams on the dashboard. The 'activity_filter_personalised_homepage' filter is overridden and the SQL query takes too much time.

Proposed resolution

Improve the 'activity_filter_personalised_homepage' filter and allow to alter the query
