Fix Dropzonejs widget issue of adding _0 on all image file names

Problem/Motivation

This issue related to
#3051658: Make dropzonejs widget available to the new Media Library in core

Steps to reproduce

When applying dropzonejs widget on the media image field
and upload image dropzonejs widget
Then it addes _0 on all images path
like this when upload image "test.png"
after upload and check image path /sites/default/files/test_0.png

Proposed resolution

Update the patch for #3051658: Make dropzonejs widget available to the new Media Library in core
