I cannot enable Flag Follower. It returns a website error. This is in the log.

Drupal\Core\Config\UnsupportedDataTypeConfigException: Invalid data type in config flag.flag.following, found in filemodules/contrib/flag/modules/flag_follower/config/install/flag.flag.following.yml : Duplicate key "status" detected at line 14 (near "status: true"). in Drupal\Core\Config\FileStorage->read() (line 118 of /home//public_html/drupal/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Config/FileStorage.php).

I started with 8.x-4.0-beta2 and then tried 8.x-4.x-dev. Nothing changes.

I was able to add a follow user flag but I wanted to see what your module did and the error gave me some concern. My flag is working but you may want to look at that module.

Delete string:
status: true
in file
\web\modules\contrib\flag\modules\flag_follower\config\install\flag.flag.following.yml

There is a duplicate in the file.
