mandclu commentedI like this idea. Worth noting that all the badges can be found at the Acquia Certification Registry. Maybe there could be a way to link to your certification profile there? e.g. https://certification.acquia.com/grandmaster/martin-anderson-clutz
It could be even easier if Acquia could provide a special display that would just show the certifications given a user id, and that could be iframed in or embedded somehow into the drupal.org user profile.

rpayanmAdding Grand Master Drupal 9.

rkolleri would suggest/recommend to optimize those badges to save some kb nad bandwidth. each image in this issue as well as all images on the page @mandclu has linked are pngs and if you are randomly dropping a few of those onto for example imageoptim (https://imageoptim.com/mac) on a mac you are able to save ~40 to 60% in size for each badge.

thejimbirch commentedI don't think this issue is fixed or should be closed.
While this issue allows for users to hardcode the images that have been uploaded to this issue, it does not "Add an option to enable an Acquia Certification badge on user profile." as the original poster intended.
Should there be a select list of certifications on the user profile, like Drupal events attended? Then the look and feel could be more sculpted, controlled and monitored by drupal.org

mgiffordI just ran that PNG through https://tinypng.com/ and was able to reduce its size from 15kb to 6kb..
Can we make sure that when we are creating images which will be distributed widely across different sites, that we take a moment to compress them?
thejimbirch commentedPantheon recently launched a WebOps Certification program. If Drupal.org were to offer options for developers like the original issue suggested, it should probably be included. Badge attached (after it was run through https://tinypng.com/ as @mgifford suggested.

le72Hi, a bit off-topic question: what should I do if I pass the exam, but my name not appear on the https://certification.acquia.com/ site? Don't see it on my certification.acquia.com user account as well. I passed 4 days ago.
EDIT: It has appeared.
