Search bar is not styled properly, When we hover on search icon then edit option with pencil icon appears. Not able to see search icon properly for logged in user. Adding screenshot for reference.

Thank you! We may want to dial that z-index back a little bit but it's always so exciting when z-index actually solves a problem that appears to be z-index related!

Note this is fixed in 3.0.x which is a drop-in replacement for 8.x-1.x and so probably won't be backported.
