Recent patch has broken JavaScript that will cause JS to fail: https://www.drupal.org/project/ctools/issues/3053419 The new line has an extra parenthesis.

Steps to reproduce

Can be reproduced on any site.

Proposed resolution

Remove the extra parenthesis. Should be:

if ($('#ctools_stylizer_color_scheme_form .color-form.Stylizer-processed').length) {

and not

if ($('#ctools_stylizer_color_scheme_form .color-form.Stylizer-processed').length)) {
