I am not sure I am checking it on the correct place.
I have enabled the claro theme and for me, it is rendering differently than what is shared in the above screenshot.
Attaching the screenshot for more details. please let me know if I am missing something over here.

@cedewey The screenshot is from GIN Admin theme and issue listed is in Claro issues, this makes confusion. Please correct the theme name and screenshot

Hi all, I tried to replicate this error in drupal 9 and drupal 10 as well but it is not reproducing in my machine.
See the attached screenshot for reference for drupal 9.

I can confirm this is not an issue in Claro (and no longer in Gin either).

The Content Types admin page in Claro.
