line endings in module_builder.services.yml [#3169517]

When I added the code of this module to my project's repo, git said:

warning: CRLF will be replaced by LF in docroot/modules/contrib/module_builder/module_builder.services.yml.

Here's a patch to remove the CRLF. First time doing this. Let me know if it works.
