Problem/Motivation

Projects already up to date are currently categorised as to be updated because there is an update available as per the data. The UPDATE_ALREADY_INSTALLED constant was not utilised.

Proposed resolution

Utilise it. This changes the UI so that already up to date projects don't show up among the ones to update.

Also make the distinction between "Not applicable", "Not available" and "Unchecked" clearer.
