Description:
The \Drupal\layout_builder\Element\LayoutBuilder element now dispatches LayoutBuilderEvents::PREPARE_LAYOUT event while preparing the element during #pre_render. This will allow for other modules to interact with the SectionStorageInterface $section_storage object (see \Drupal\layout_builder\Event\PrepareLayoutEvent::getSectionStorage()).
Read this documentation for how to subscribe to the LayoutBuilderEvents::PREPARE_LAYOUT event.
The default priority of the existing functionality is set to 10 to make it easy to act either before or after the core event listener.
