mherchelThe theme can be sub-themed just like any other, although it's really not intended to be. Is there a specific question that you have?

viappidu commentedWhy it shouldn't?
From my first impression it looks awesome and seems also faster and lighter compared to my bootstrap 3 sub. Might be my impression though, not a pro.
I started sub-theming and I didn't pay much attention to the blocks placement that's why I had more than few mis-behaving results and thought about some problems. Solved that now I notice only a minor issue on, I believe, a search block (js error, didn't yet investigate), and found out fonts don't get inherited.
Marking this as solved, thanks for the attention!

ressa@viappidu: I have created #3214072: Provide an Olivero sub-theme creation tool which offers a tool for creating a sub-theme based on the Olivero theme.

ressaThere were a few issues with failing tests, which are fixed now, so the tool is ready for user testing.

aangel commentedNote that the build script provided here:
https://github.com/mherchel/olivero-subtheme
is not working. The issue is described here. The workaround is to perform the manual steps rather than using the build script.
About to try this new subtheming tool now...
