Once the Deprecated code report patch will get applied (https://www.drupal.org/project/date_time_day/issues/3138880), the module is compatible with D9.

So, Add core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 to info.yml file.

I have reviewed the issue https://www.drupal.org/project/date_time_day/issues/3138880 and NO ERRORS were found after running the drupal-check utility.
