Problem/Motivation

Branch 2.x is already D9 compatible. However after the conversation on #3046291: The service "blazy.oembed" has a dependency on a non-existent service "media.oembed.resource_fetcher" and the aim to let users still use Blazy without installing core Media - and so using 1.x branch - this issue will attempt to make Blazy 1.x D9 compatible.

As test are green, and patch changes only tests, I'm going to commit this in order to make 1.x work compatible too.
