/events/[ID]/registrations/add

At the moment when registrations are saved from an instance's Register tab (/events/[ID]/registrations/add) the page defaults back to the instance's View tab which makes the user have to navigate back to the Register tab (/events/[ID]) after saving each registration.

Having the system default back to the Register tab when each is registration is saved would make for a much smoother, faster and more pleasant user experience when doing multiple registrations.
