Ensure our travis tests also run all the optional modules in the Distro

Problem/Motivation

We have quite some stability tests running on our PR's on github using TravisCI.
We want to ensure we test all the possibilities within the Distro, this means we also need to be able to enable all the optional modules during installation and test our automated test scenario's against that scenario.

Proposed resolution

Create a new script that will enable all the optional modules on installation using the new optional feature installation implementation done in #3110127: Allow modules to declare themselves as optional features
