There is some overlap in the access checks that makes some of the old code redundant. Trying to clean it up a bit. Also removing some obsolete admin settings.

Moving the main admin settings page. It can now be found under structure.

Structure > Photos (/admin/structure/photos)
(photos_image entity)
- Manage fields
- Manage form display
- Manage display

Added the content list (collection).

Content > Photos (/admin/content/photos)
- Add photo (add a single new photos_image entity)
- Import photos (import from existing directory)

Added a method to getAlbumUrl and an advanced option to override the default photo album node link with a views page. Note that this setting is experimental and currently only works with views pages that have /%node as a contextual argument.

Added a default list_builder for the photos_image entity.
