Description:
Since it didn’t really serve any purpose, the \Drupal\search_api\Plugin\search_api\datasource\EntityDatasourceInterface interface was marked deprecated and will be removed in the module’s Drupal 9 version.
If you are using the interface and have a valid use case for it, please open an issue to discuss, and the deprecation might be reverted. If it isn’t, just create your own interface or check for the class in question directly.
