Hi,

We are a company that is using Drupal for it's websites.

We want to contribute to the community as much as possible but our issues are marked as spam.

We have several issues we want to post but but are all marked as spam. We have no clue why it's marked.

I stumbled on this form to fill in for a "confirmed" user.

If any information is needed, let me know.

Best Regards

Is the account used by more users?

I've now published those that was unpublished as spam.

If it happens again complain here and I'll publish then.

As for why this happens to you, please see #2994786: Mitigate the effect of Akismet unpublishing legitimate posts for some background.

For the record, the user now has the conformed role (not from me).

Leaving open, as the question in #2 has not been answered,

Given that the username matches the organization name (e2e) and the signature on the OP is the name of the organization, I would say the account is a shared account.

Looks like this User account is already confirmed.

May be we should close this issue.
