morbus (they/them) I’ve gotten my “use JSON:API during installation” workflow working against 8.8.0-beta1, so that’s good. Also gotten legal approval to write a blog post about it.

e0ipso @gabesullice there has not been any progress on this. I'm having issues finding any time at all for contribution lately.

logickal Do we have any ideas about the bigger rocks blocking support?

:five: #3072076: JSON:API returns a CacheableResponseInterface instance for non-cacheable methods; causes unnecessary exceptions.

gabesullice This issue would be a huge win for JSON:API's developer experience. We need a volunteer for this. Would someone like to try writing a test for this? I'd be happy to help point someone in the right direction.
logickal I was having difficulty actually reproducing the issue in the test, which is what stalled me out. I would love to find some time to re-approach, but I'd also like to encourage anyone else interested to jump in here!
