By default, there will be two-footer content.
1.Copyright © 2019, drupalthemeone and 2.Developed by those are not responsive on a small screen.
For better understanding please see the reference image.

Suggestion: we can align both the content on one side it may be left/right which looks good but try to do it in small screen only.
