in /admin/structure/events/instance/settings The number always reverts to 10 when saved but the amount of items displayed in the list on /events?page=0 is whatever was entered upon saving.

In the EventInstanceSettingsForm the config of the EventSeriesSettingsForm is used. I have changed the config and now the changes in the form can be saved.
