In configuration form (/admin/config/media/cloudflare-stream) make following changes:
Rename Email Id into Email Address
Add description "Your Cloudflare login email address"
API Key - add description "Your Cloudflare API key" - is there a link from where user can obtain API key? If so then make "Cloudflare API key" link to that page (open in new tab).

Make all fields required.
Remove placeholders.

Can you add link to Cloudflare API key under API key description?
Same for Account and Zone IDs.

The URL for those 3 things have some hash code related to account and that will be different for every account. I do not know how to add the link for those 3 things.
