Consumer and Redirect table header are inverted on consumer list [#3085891]

On the consumer entity list, the "Scope" and "Redirect" column name are not in the right order since simple_oauth_extras got merged.

this is a duplicate of #3116782: Fields added to consumer entity shown in wrong order in UI. This issue is older but the patch in #3116782: Fields added to consumer entity shown in wrong order in UI seams to reflect the actual order in the edit dialog so I am in favor of closing this issue.
