As a User I want to have content layout and teasers in new sky flavor

Problem
The visual style of Social Blue theme was not really changed from the beginning.
It's time to introduce a new style for content layouts and teasers.

Solution

1. Use the new Sky style of Social Blue theme settings
2. Use this style for topic, event and other content types full and hero view modes.
3. Use this style for topic, event and other content types teaser and featured view modes.
4. Refactor other node templates to reduce the number of duplicates and make it easier for extending for custom content types and subthemes.
