Problem/Motivation

We encountered some issues on platforms with a lot of content and groups. There are a lot of calls to the group functions.

Proposed resolution

There are two patches available, well tested by the community, which will help with static cache. I propose to apply those to the Group module in Open Social as well. They should work with the current and newer versions of the Group module.
