Patreon ID is not set on account wrapper in patreon_user_oauth_callback()

Problem/Motivation

I was noticing that, when authenticating via Patreon OAuth, the two token fields on user accounts were being saved, but no Patreon ID. After further inspection, it looks like this value was skipped.

Proposed resolution

Write the Patreon ID to its field on $wrapper:
$wrapper->field_user_patreon_id = $patreon_id;
