Request for 'confirmed' user role

Fine. You don't need the "Confirmed" role to work in the issue queue or post patches. So please go ahead and do that! (If you encounter specific problems when working in the issue queues, such as your post being mis-detected as spam and unpublished, please report back here and we'll sort it out.)

Not yet, I am afraid. If you actually do the things you say you want to do, you will get the role. Postponing for now.
