gisleHi, and welcome!
You did nothing wrong, just bad luck.
Unfortunately, your post that was misidentified as spam by our to very automattic spam-fighting software. I've published it. (There was also a duplicate of it, I've deleted the duplicate.)
We are OK with images but a bit wary of links. Keep posting in the Post installation support forum. However, you may want to read the guidelines for posting there. Recital #4 covers links.
To post and image, you must first upload the image file here (attached to the node). External images cannot be embedded into nodes for security reasons.
If you get stuck in the spam-filter again, come back here, and we'll sort it out.
I've also noticed that you've assigned yourself to this task. Please do not assign tasks to yourself unless you are in a position to do them. As you cannot publish your unpublished posts yourself, I've unassigned you.
Finally, you may want to know about the "Confirmed" user role. Please see the page Become a 'confirmed' user for information on the role and how it is granted.
You've only been here about four hours, so it is a bit early to give you the role. Keep contributing, and you'll get the role. Postponing for now.

elodeThanks for all…
Sorry, but I don’t understand how to upload image file here (I suppose on the drupal.org server ?)… I don’t see any button for that.
gisleIt is doable if – I just did it in this comment to a forum post – but the procedure for doing so is currently is somewhat hackish.
There is a button for embedding an image in a forum post (it is the one with the sun setting over some mountains), but there is no upload button, so you need to figure out how to overcome that obstacle before you can do it.
I can see no reason why people need to jump through hoops to embed an image in a forum posts, so I think the permission to upload files attached to the node or comment need to be given to all that are allowed to post. Doing so is beyond my powers as a webmaster here. It probably requires the permission to administer users. I am not sure in what issue queue those people are, but I am going to try "Drupal.org Customizations" unless someone has a better suggestion.

If you want to add images to a comment to some issue then scroll down the page an click on 'Add a new file' button.
Then click on the 'Upload' and 'Save' buttons.
See the screenshot.

gislewombatbuddy,
I believe elode is talking specifically about his/her forum post (the one linked to in the issue summary).
Unfortunately, the "Add a new file" button is missing from that input form. See screenshot below.

elodeI bypassed the problem by uploading my images in this issue ... and, I do not know by what miracle, the images are put in the right place in my post on the forum!
gisleI put them there. Always happy to help a community member.

elodeOh… thank you very much, Gisle !

I think, that after uploading files to the issue queue you can to paste them in your posts yourself.
gisle@wombatbuddy,
correct. But users may not have a relevant issue queue at hand. We don't want users to upload image files to random issue queues in order to link to them from forum posts.

wombatbuddy commented@gisle,
Can you to offer another working solution?
gisleNot, really.
That is why I have opened: #3073188: Allow “Add a new file” in forum posts and comments.
However, until that issue is fixed, we can improvise. If a user who wants to post a screendump in a forum links to an external image server and the post is unpublished by the our automatic spam-filter, the user can open up an issue here in the Webmasters issue queue and complain about it – and the webmasters shall be able to sort it out.
That is not a good solution. It exposes the user to a bad UX when starting out on Drupal.org, and also increases the workload for the webmasters. But I think that this will have to do until the underlying issue is fixed.
Note that users with the "Confirmed" role are not subject to the automatic spam-filter, just human oversight. They can post as many links they want, including links to external image files. As long as the links are not spam, they'll be fine. (But if a "Confirmed" user posts spam, he or she will instantly lose the "Confirmed" role and his/her good standing in this community.)
We try to give new users the "Confirmed" role as soon as we think they know how to behave here, so active new users will be subject to this unfortunate automatic filtering for a fairly short time span.
PS: I tend to give new users the "Confirmed" role quickly provided they are active and well-behaved, but I withhold the role if the user is active, but more disruptive than helpful. For instance: Some new users assign themselves to a bunch of issues and exclaim "Working on this!" Then they do nothing, or they copy somebody else's patch. It looks like they think that appearing to be active in the issue queues here will help. I never give these posers the "Confirmed" role (but others may be more forgiving – I've got no problem with that.)
