Also working for me. The patch is pretty straight forward. I don't know if there is a better place to put the label back into the content but this seems reasonable to me.

This patch restored the Conditional labels for me, but I think it might be a wider issue than this module, as the labels for my Loop elements disappeared too (still missing).

The related fix on the main Rules module fixes this issue and the other missing labels.

Yes, this was a bug in Rules that existed for three days, in releases made between 24 January 2019 and 27 January 2019. Upgrade to the latest version of Rules or apply the patch from #3028444: Notice: Undefined index #title at line 5770 ... drupal_pre_render_link to fix this.
