After upgrading to r7 I went to "Content" and noticed that no posts authored by "Anonymous" appear anymore. I had created a content type that had some anonymous authors. I went to delete that content type and was warned that there were still posts of that type that exist and I would have problems editing them if I deleted the content type.

Also : please try refreshing your site's cache :
admin/settings/performance, click 'clear cached data' at the bottom of the page

"Content" = /admin/content/node

Cleared cached data. Anonymous posts still missing.

I switched all my posts to anonymous and they work fine, so I'm totally unable to replicate this problem. Upgraded to rc7 from what? From D5 or from an earlier D6 version? Have you run update.php? Are you using Content Permissions (if so, try turning it off)?

Even if you have some CCK fields that aren't working right, the nodes and their titles are still handled by core and should be totally unaffected by anything CCK does, so you should still see nodes. Are the nodes still in your database in the node table?

Get current on all the code, this post is several versions behind, and try again.
