I have contacted the current maintainer of the Views RSS module MiSc through the account contact form, but I have received no reply. Can you assign me as a (co-)maintainer for this module?

Hi Mikke,

I'm currently working on a project that publishes RSS feeds, and Views RSS
implements a lot of the features that Drupal Core is missing. I would like to
help out polishing the 8.x branch with the last issues so it is ready for a
stable release.

I have filed an issue at
https://www.drupal.org/project/views_rss/issues/3071006 with a number of
issues that I was able to fix. Let me know if you could use some help getting
these into the repository.
