Alex (adTumbler) and I have agreed for the following three projects to be transferred to my account:

  1. https://www.drupal.org/project/uc_avatax
  2. https://www.drupal.org/project/uc_taxrates
  3. https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_taxrates

(He's already added me as co-maintainer, and I'm emailing him a link to this issue to confirm right now.)

We're assigning team members at Centarro to maintain these and various other legacy modules related to Ubercart as we consider how best to support older Ubercart sites past their EOLs / through migration efforts. Thanks!
