I don't think there's any reason that the Rabbit Hole fields should show up when editing Layout Builder overrides.

Perhaps the form operations RH fields are excluded from should be configurable, but for now, I think adding `layout_builder to the excluded form operations will do.

Thanks for this! Works as advertised -- Rabbit Hole fields are removed from Layout Builder override UI and continue to work everywhere else. Plus, the change is about as small and clean as they come.

At some point this should probably be switched to just use explicitly whitelisted operations instead of having to keep blacklisting different ones. But this patch does the job, merging it in.
