Twin Cities Drupal Camp Working meeting 05/22/19

As discussed at tonight's meeting - the following is a list of items needed for the booklet - deadline Friday, May 24
Booklets - less content than last year -- no name merge? How are we doing names? She can leave a line on the cover and people can use a marker to fill in
Need to get stuff to her by friday, May 24 - need to give the printer a week and we need to proof and okay
Number to print - last year 213
Map the same?
We need hi res logos for our platinum, gold, & silver sponsors
Names for individual sponsors
Stickers for sponsor, volunteer, etc.?

List the camp organizers team
How to handle unconference activities (page on current site)

I am attaching some items that need your input for the books - can I get a response by tomorrow morning? I am sending them to Marly by tomorrow morning - Friday, May24?

Do we have room numbers for the thursday trainings?

Going through the website we have the following for sponsors: electric citizen*, ten7, pantheon, horizontal integration*, origin 8*, my drop wizard, university of minnesota, nerdery*, lullabot and drupalize me*. -- what about Aquia* and sticker mule*?
the asterisk indicates logo looks different or new from last year. Please contact your folks and get the high res to me -- thanks!

For the individual sponsors are we using names or businesses - I noticed a request today for such?

FYI ... We are waiting on the merge to find out how soon we get everything else done - if we have a problem, I'll print up clear stickers and we will put them on the book covers.

Dan, is this okay for eating copy? Or was it Wilbur that was going to look into this?
