I'm certain that we will have sponsor tables in the atrium on Friday, June 7th, for all platinum and up to four gold sponsors. I am not certain if we will have sponsor tables on Saturday, can people weigh in on this? And Thursday we will not have sponsor tables at all, right? (I know we don't have the atrium that day, but could have them upstairs if need be. But this would mean moving them the next day, which is far from ideal).

Any other opportunities for sponsor interactions?

I'd assume we'd have the sponsor tables on Saturday, but I guess that'd be up to the sponsors as to whether or not they wanted to be present on both days. Does it affect cost much? Also, if there is no additional cost to using the sponsor tables on Thursday it might be nice to allow their use. They've usually been set up on that day. If there is an additional cost or if we'd have to reserve the atrium for that than clearly nevermind. In some respects Thursday is potentially more valuable to sponsors as we've had folks come in for training and then not attend camp. *shrug*

TL;DR

Saturday, Yes?
Thursday, If it doesn't cost anything.
Moving tables, nope.

Sponsor tables for Saturday would not increase our cost, so yeah, let's offer them. Thursday sponsors, the issue is table placement without the atrium available. I'll ask our host what they think.

They just confirmed that it's one or the other, so we have to stick with the Atrium for sponsor tables, and therefore only Friday and Saturday options.

I have been assuming that sponsors would have the option of hanging out on Saturday for the unconference. My thought is that with so much activity in the Atrium, it could be their best day of the camp. However, that might be offset a little by lower numbers on Saturday (we just don't know).

I can't imagine that Thursday is a good day for sponsors. Everyone is pretty much tied up in their trainings all day and will have to go offsite to get lunch.

Let's keep the tables on Saturday if it's not too expensive. That gives the feel of camp, and gives our Sponsors some more exposure.
