Project namespace transfer request for "Cornerstone" [#3034939]

Hello,

I've reached out to mcrittenden about transferring namespace ownership of the Cornerstone project to me for a new Drupal 8 theme. He has graciously agreed and I believe he will confirm this in a comment on this issue.

Approved! Please do transfer the cornerstone namespace to @PCate and feel free to delete or unpublish or rename the existing cornerstone project, which has been unmaintained for many years.
