This issue was created based on new documentation page at https://www.drupal.org/node/3032484, it's not meant to be committed, but used as an ongoing issue to make deprecations visible, kind of like a meta-issue to update them then in separate issues, based on the preference of the maintainer.

This patch should not be compromised, the intention is to just run tests and check in the results the existence of impediments to the release of a version for Drupal 9

This module has been deprecated for Drupal 8.
For Drupal 8: the Admin Toolbar provides an experience similar to admin_menu with the core toolbar.
