The admin toolbar menu item for Smart Segments is currently located at Structure -> Smart segment. To allow for future Smart Content ecosystem menu items it should be moved to Structure -> Smart Content -> Smart Segments.

Additionally, anywhere the term Smart Segment is used, both "S"'s in the phrase should be capitalized.
