Website - Phase 1 Dev Kickoff

Accessibility
- Contrast issues: links in CTA in main banner and social links
- Makes sense to tweak this stuff in dev, don't need to update designs
- Sketch plugin Stark can help with contrast evaluation in design
- Markup: label for email newsletter is display: none, should be visually hidden
- Markup: social media at the top is inaccessible with keyboard controls
- Markup: screen reader couldn't get into social links
- Markup: logical order of begin scrolling doesn't completely make sense

Hosting
- Nick to reopen DCCO Pantheon account and get everyone access
- Eric will handle migrating everything from e3 Acquia subscription to DCCO Pantheon account

Workflow
- All dependencies managed with Composer
- Config managed with CMI
- Don't think we have multidev on Pantheon, so we'll plan to merge feature branches into the master branch locally and QA on the Pantheon dev environment

Build responsibilities
- James: Move sponsor and commerce functionality from 2018 site into 2019 site
- Phil: Build new components and apply any new global styles required
- Eric: Main nav, utility nav, basic page content type
- Michaela: fix initial accessibility issues and QA/monitor new features as they are pushed up for any accessibility issues

Launch
- Shooting to launch phase 1 on Feb 4. Let's do it!
