1. Can you please make sure all the employees have listed your company in their profile. This would automatically list all employees in your organization page.
2. Edit the Contributions section of the organization profile to list contributions to the community.
3. You can include any Drupal events you have sponsored, organized, or hosted or examples of issues you have helped with.
4. Please, also add some projects supported by an organization or team members.
Once it's done then please change the issue status from Needs Work to Needs Review.

but according to the documentation for this module, no employee of your company is a co-maintainer. I looked through the issues and see that you have contributed to this module, great work.

Maybe you can either request a maintainership for the module and then add your company as a supporting company to this module, or change the information from a co-maintainer to a contributor to this module.
