Offering to co-maintain the Adminimal theme [#3022339]

Seems the module is rather abandoned, I wrote to the module maintainer (https://www.drupal.org/u/anditko) but got no answer,
also I found in one of the issues https://www.drupal.org/project/adminimal_theme/issues/2951412#comment-12... that @josepholstad contacted the maintainer 2 weeks ago but got no answer too. Don't know if @josepholstad wants to help with issues.
The last release for d8/d7 was in 2016

https://www.drupal.org/project/adminimal_theme/releases/7.x-1.24
also there are many issues in Needs Review and RTBC which can be commited and included into the new releases.
I can help with module maintenance and creating new releases.

I wrote to the theme maintainer as Drupal.org webmaster, asking to reply here. If he doesn't reply in the next two weeks, I will add you as co-maintainer of the theme.
