Problem/Motivation

The schema (maxlength.schema.yml) contains a propery "langcode" which is invalid. Langcode is only used in exported config.
Note: I encountered this as an issue when using potx to extract translations. Potx will throw an error parsing the config.

Proposed resolution

Remove the langcode.

Thank you askibinski for bringing this up and writing a patch to fix the issue.

I've tested the patch and it applies cleanly.

I'll mark this RTBC but have a developer with more experience in this domain do a triple check of this before committing it.
